Disordered Eating

An eating disorder does not have to be hidden out of shame and it does not have to be forever. Know that there is a way out of disordered eating through compassionate and evidence-based nutrition therapy that can lead you to a more peaceful relationship with food and your body.

Connected/Attuned/ Intuitive Eating

Intuitive Eating is defined as "a self-care framework, which integrates instinct, emotion and rational thought." I think we can all agree that you likely possess strong instincts, emotions and rational thought. Let me work with you to help you re-learn to listen to those senses and really hear your body's wisdom regarding what it is it actually needs.

Navigating Chronic Conditions (type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc.)

It's your right to feel empowered when it comes to your health and well-being. You and I will start with knowledge - I'll teach you the information you'll need to make decisions and have truly informed consent when it comes to your healthcare needs. Our next steps will be harder - we'll begin the work of noticing - without judgement - the ways in which food, sleep, stress, movement, connection with community, genetics, social determinants of health, and so much more impact your blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol levels, etc.
